Meet Laura
Laura Grzejka started her real estate career in 2006 at the height of the market. Her passion for staging properties and her meticulous eye for detail helps our clients’ increase showing traffic and generate top dollar for our listings clients. Prior to co-founding the G-TEAM with her husband John, Laura was an elementary school teacher for 10 years and uses that experience to educate buyers and sellers in the home buying and selling process. Laura opened G-TEAM Staging and Design in 2019 to support her sellers and net the highest amount at the end of the sales process. Laura resides in Piedmont with her husband John and their two children Christian and Nicholas, Golden Doodle Bella, Schichon Duke and Main Coons Sterling and Stella.
Meet John
John Grzejka brings over 20 years of business experience to his Real Estate team. As co-founder and COO of IDI Multimedia from 1996 to 2012, John gained valuable management, communication and negotiation skills from his Government Contracting business. After completing his real estate licensing requirements in January 2013, John affiliated with RE/MAX Gateway and formed the Grzejka Team (G-TEAM Realty Group) with his wife Laura. John quickly became a top producing agent being recognized as a Top Producing Team by the Prince William Association of Realtors (2013-21) and achieved the RE/MAX Hall of Fame honor in a little more than 3 years (Earning $1M+ Gross Commission). Additionally, John has been recognized as Washingtonian, Virginia Living, and Northern Virginia's Magazine Best/Top Real Estate Agents in 2016-2021.
John’s sellers benefit from his local market insight, strategic pricing strategy and expertise, and his proactive social savvy media strategy. Additionally, John's co-founder and wife of 27 years, Laura Grzejka brings the design eye and staging expertise to prepare each of our listings for success.
John grew up in Northern Virginia and currently resides in Haymarket’s Piedmont community with his wife and ‘rock star designer/stager’ Laura and their two son’s Christian (22) and Nicholas (19). John strives to continue to grow his business through referrals, and partnering with the Casey Samson Team, and outwork others to deliver exceptional results for his clients.
