Dear parents and carers,
Healthcare support workers from the Integrated Specialist Public Health Nursing Service (ISPHNS) will be visiting Year 1 pupils on Monday 10th July to deliver hand washing sessions.
In preparation for the visit we need to ensure that the children are able to take part in the hand washing lightbox activity. During the hand washing session the children will be asked to put some ultra violet disclosing lotion (GlitterBug Potion, manufactured by Brevis, website address is www.brevis.com) on their hands to use with the light box and we need to ensure that no children participate in this activity that may have an allergy / sensitivity to any of the contents. Please see below for ingredients:
Ingredients: Water, Caprylyl Methicone Cetearoth -20, Glycerin, Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, pigment powder, Cetearyl Methicone , Acrylates Copolymer, Cetyl Alcohol , Glyceryl Stearate, PEG-100 Stearate, Cetearyl Alcohol, Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Xanthan Gum, Ethylhexyglycerin, Hexylene Glycol, Fragrance.
Please let us know if your child has a sensitivity or allergy to any of the ingredients and is unable to participate in this part of the session by emailing the office via parkside.primary@eastriding.gov.uk. If you are happy for your child to take part you do not need to do anything.
