Cheesecake level 4, when eaten immediately

I make this recipe every year for my family at Christmas. To me, cheesecake is a celebration food. It is sweet and enjoyed by many.

This recipe makes one full cheesecake, serving approximately 8 people.

Ingredients: 250g philadelphia cream cheese room temperature, 1 tin sweetened condensed milk, 2 ripe lemons, cream (for topping)

Pour sweetened condensed milk into a food processor. Add room temperature cream cheese. Add lemon juice (sifted).

Blend until thick (approximately 3 minutes).

Pour the cheesecake mix into a round tin. Place in a fridge with glad wrap for at least four hours, preferably overnight.

Shape into a circle using a biscuit mould. Top with whipped cream to serve.
