After 400 Days Between Competitions, Track & Field Hosts Bowdoin
Colby hosted the Polar Bears of Bowdoin College in the first track meet for the Mules since last winter's indoor season. The meet was not scored, however between the men's and women's teams, the Mules found themselves on the top step of the podium in 11 events.
I just wanted to say thank you to everyone at Colby for making this happen. It's been over 400 days since Track & Field was able to compete. Without all of your help and hard work, this special day wouldn't have happened.

Colby split both days, and took inspiring victories away from conference foes. Saturday, the Mules topped the Bantams in game two by a score of 8-2.
On Sunday, Colby stole the first game from the Polar Bears 7-5.
We came together and played some great games this weekend. Offensively, we set the bar high and were able to execute and make things happen each inning to produce runs.

Golf Hits the Tees with Bowdoin, Bates, and Husson
The Mules got back on the links for the first time since the fall of 2019 to go toe to toe with their Maine opponents.
Our guys played very, very well in this tournament. We had a great showing from Jack Griffith, one of our senior captains, who shot a 77. Nolan Burke '22 and Evan Burstein '22 each shot 80, and we had two 83's from Elliot Snow '21 and Ben Dixon '21 to give us five really good scores. The guys competed great.

Colby's Faculty Liaison Program
In 2004, the Faculty Liaison Program was Born
For almost 20 years, professors from all departments at Colby have participated in the Faculty Liaison Program, guiding and mentoring students outside the classroom and connecting to their passions on the field of play.
"The program started as a way to help bridge any perceived gap between a student's academic life and athletic life. When it worked well, the program was a very visible and important way to show students how the academic and athletic worlds work together and complement each other."
