- $125 deposit per person is due at the time of booking.
- NOTE that all prices are quoted per person but requires DOUBLE OCCUPANCY. Single supplement is 200% of the quoted per person rate.

- IF you are sharing a room with someone that will be booking separately, note their name in the appropriate field AND they are required to book their package within 24 hours.
- Email us for pricing on "studio inside cabins" which can accommodate 1 passenger or for cabins to accommodate more than 2 passengers.
- Monthly payments are due every month starting the month after your initial deposit has been made. (Add it to your monthly bill calendar so you don't miss a payment). FINAL PAYMENT DUE BY MAR 1, 2023.
- Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport.
- A valid passport is required with 2 blank pages and an expiration date after January 16, 2023.
- Vaccination against COVID-19 isn't required however you must provide a negative Covid test before boarding and you may be subject to random testing throughout the trip.
- Please consult with your physician before traveling out of the county. Also visit the Center for Disease Control site for any recommendations on vaccinations.

- Protect your trip and purchase travel insurance within 7 days of booking.
- sublimeXcursions charges a $50 cancellation fee that must be paid before a reservation can be cancelled with the supplier.
- Norwegian will refund 100% of your payments if you cancel your reservation within 120 days of travel.
