A FEW REMINDERS ABOUT ON-CAMPUS HOUSING

Men and women live in the same residence halls or buildings and sometimes floors, but roommates are of the same gender.

First and second year students, regardless of age, must live in on-campus housing.

Students seeking to live off campus as freshmen or sophomores must petition the Office of Residential Life & Housing.

Housing Options & Costs for the 2024-2025 Academic Year

Residence Hall Single - $6,302
  • 1 Student, 1 Room. Bathrooms and washrooms at the end of each hall.

Your room includes: Twin size bed, Desk and chair, Dresser, Closet, HD cable television service, Wireless internet.

Your residence hall includes: Central heat, Central air conditioning, Laundry Room, Common area for studying, eating, or socializing

Minimum 15-meal plan ($2,739) required with this housing option.

Residence Hall Double - $5,073
  • 2 Students, 1 Room. Bathrooms and washrooms at the end of each hall.

Your room includes: Twin size bed, Desk and chair, Dresser, Closet, HD cable television service, Wireless internet.

Your residence hall includes: Central heat, Central air conditioning, Laundry Room, Common area for studying, eating, or socializing,

Minimum 15-meal plan ($2,739) required with this housing option.

Chan / Monagan Apartments - $5,726
  • 1 Bedroom, 1 Student in a Shared Apartment.

Your room includes: Extra-long twin size bed, Desk and chair, Dresser, Closet, HD cable television service, Wireless internet.

Your residence hall includes: Central heat and air conditioning, laundry, lounges with couches, chairs, television and other comforts.

Minimum 7-meal plan ($1,277) required with this housing option.

Townhouse Double - $4,867
  • 3 Students, 2 Rooms or 2 Students, 1 Room in a shared apartment

Twin sized bed, Wardrobe/Closet, Dresser, Desk with drawers, Desk Chair, Refrigerator /Freezer (3/4 size), Oven and Stove, Kitchen Table with Chairs or Kitchen counter with seating and stools, Coffee Table/TV stand, Sofa seating, Toilet, Sink, Shower, Washer and dryer in building

Social Lounge Space, Study space, Swimming pool, Volleyball court, Laundry room

Minimum 7-meal plan ($1,277) required with this housing option.

A Few Reminders About Meal Plans

All students living on campus are required to have a meal plan.

First and second year students are required to have a minimum of a 15-meal plan with a Residence Hall or a 7-meal plan with an Apartment (applicable in Fall & Spring semesters only).

Meal plan dollars varies by what meal plan you choose. You can always move up a meal plan, but never down! Check out the below Meal Plan FAQs.

Our food offerings accommodate lots of food tastes; Halal, Vegetarian, Vegan, etc. Don't be afraid to ask for what you need!
