Thank you to tonight's guest adjudicator, Dr. Marc Parulekar. Dr. Parulekar is Coordinator of Music in the Pickerington Local Schools.
After each band performance, Dr. Parulekar will come to the stage for a short clinic before the next band performs. You are encouraged to stay for this portion of the concert to see immediate student progress, much like would take place during class each day.
A Request for our Audience
We ask that the audience members do your part in order to create an appropriate concert atmosphere by modeling proper etiquette.
- Silence your cell phones.
- Enthusiastic applause is encouraged. "Hooting and hollering" is not appropriate at formal concerts.
- Never stand or move during the performance.
- Refrain from talking or whispering.
- Food and drinks are not permitted in the auditorium.
- Parents with young children may want to consider sitting near the back for easy access to the exit if needed.
- Do not use flash photography.
