The universal free lunch and breakfast program has not been renewed by the government for next school year. This means that families who do not qualify for free or reduced meals based on family income will begin paying for breakfast and lunch during the 2022-2023 school year.

Please park in the Sievers Center parking lot and enter through the doors on the southeast side of the building. If you would like to take your child with you when you leave, please be sure to sign them out with the teacher before you leave.

Kindergarten Field Trip to Decatur Children's Museum
Bus leaves at 8:30 AM. All students need a sack lunch with a drink. Parent chaperones will meet at the museum. Bus returns at 12:15 PM.
1st Grade Field Trip to Scovill Zoo in Decatur
Bus leaves at 9:30 AM. All students need a sack lunch with a drink. Bus returns at 2:30 PM.
2nd & 3rd Grade Fun Day
Students will enjoy games and inflatables outside and a movie inside. 3rd Grade will be outside from 8:50-10:50 AM and 2nd grade will be outside from 1:10-2:50 PM. Parents are invited to join us outside to help supervise the games. Children who are not Washington 2nd and 3rd graders should not attend. 2nd and 3rd graders will have lunch in the cafeteria as usual.
*If you are chaperoning a field trip or attending Fun Day, please be sure that you have completed a volunteer form. These can be requested in the office or downloaded at www.sages.us.

Important Dates to Remember for the Summer and the 2022-2023 School Year
Online registration for RETURNING Pre-K through 12 students and new pre-registered PreK-3rd grade students begins on July 5th. You will receive an email with instructions in advance.
Registration for students who are NEW to the district (and did NOT pre-register) is scheduled for August 4th from 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM. New students must register at the school that they will attend.

Report cards will be posted at www.schoolinsight.com on Friday, May 27. Students will bring Fastbridge Benchmark reports home with them.
School Supplies can be ordered online at www.schooltoolbox.com or you can purchase them on your own. School toolboxes can be customized based on what you need and can be scheduled to be delivered to your house on a date of your choice.
