Don Goldstein aka Limitiess Physique was born in Queens, NY and later relocted to South Florida in the 90s. He graduated from BCC earning his degree in Political Science with a minor in Business. When he is not in the gym, he is working for an respected fortune 500 company as a manager and spending time with his 6 year old son. Don has been training since June 2011 and is looking forward to his first competition this year. Don likes to share all of his workouts and advice on fitness with his followers and friends on and off social media and likes to see them succeed. His mottos are "Rome wasn't built overnight."
