About Ngoc Nguyen

My name is Ngoc Nguyen, I am a rising senior at California State University, Fullerton majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.

I currently serve as an Investment Analyst for Titan Capital Management collaborating with 15 other members to actively manage three different portfolios worth over $2 million. I plan to expand my analysis skills through the utilization of financial models, valuation models, and financial research software. I have internship experience as a property management administrator at Link Logistics to provide support to four teams managing industrial properties in the Los Angeles, CA area. I have three years of experience working as a property manager for a privately owned company, Superior Beach Homes, LLC. where I managed six multifamily properties in Orange County, CA. I have a strong passion to gain more experience and develop valuable skills in finance. Upon graduation, I plan to seek employment as an Investment Analyst and eventually work my way into Asset Management within the Commercial Real Estate industry.

As an investment analyst with Titan Capital Management (TCM), I am responsible to oversee the Information Technology sector alongside two other students. My responsibilities include performing research on securities of interest, produce buy/sell reports, and actively seek to enhance the value of portfolios managed. The position as a TCM investment analyst has allowed me the opportunity to learn how to navigate the challenges present in the market, enhanced my critical thinking skills, and understand fundamental analysis on a deeper level.

Link Logistics Real Estate

June 2022 - August 2022

As an Intern Property Management Administrator, I collaborated with four Property Management teams to provide administrative support for 165 industrial properties in Los Angeles. I helped review the accuracy of invoices processed through and input proper invoice coding for Property Manager approval through Yardi. I also coordinate and maintain consistent communication with over 20+ suppliers and tenants regarding property maintenance, inspections, landscaping, Fire Life Safety, and HVAC schedules. I had the chance to attend seminars and company training on analyzing a property's valuation. The internship allowed me to build more on my technical and soft skill strengths and provide more value to my team. my passion for pursuing a career path in Commercial Real Estate grew bigger during my time at Link Logistics.
