JAIDO Studios in connection with Two Fish Five Loaves Entertainment presents "White Rose". A short film that brings awareness to child sex trafficking in the United States. White Rose has been recognized internationally, winning Best USA Short Film and the Viewer's Choice Award at the Toronto International Nollywood Film Festival; as well as, Best Director at Europe Film Festival. We are finalists in New Cinema - Lisbon Festival (Portugal), New Wave Short Film Festival (Germany) and Roma Short Film Festival (Italy). The film is nominated for Best Film at the Liberian Entertainment Awards and Best Movie at LEA Australia. Domestically, we've been awarded Semi-Finalist at New York Cinematography AWARDS (NYCA) and selected for the New York Tri-State International Film Festival.

Synopsis

What would you do if you found out that the people who promised to protect you were the very ones on assignment to derail you from your destiny? White Rose takes you front row and center into the life of Mia Robinson. A very resilient pre-teen African-American girl who faces the biggest obstacle of her entire life before she even enters high school. Life as she knows it comes to a screeching halt as she is forced to fight for her very survival.
