Ali DiZinno (So.) - DiZinno has been a regular for the Tritons the past two seasons. DiZinno appeared in three tournaments during the fall season. She competed in all five tournaments the last season, playing 13 rounds with an 88.1 stroke average and shooting a season-low 82 in the first round of the SSC Championships (04/12-13) in Vero Beach. She appeared in 13 rounds and finished the season with an 86.2 stroke average in 2019-20.
Jessica Marks (So.) - Marks, a Calgary, Alberta, Canada native, played in one tournament in the fall 2021 slate. Last season, she played two tournaments as an individualist, finishing the season with an 89.16 stroke average. During her rookie campaign, she held a stroke average of 84.8 and shot a 79 in her second collegiate round at the Battle at Old South (9/23/18). She fired a career-low 76 in the opening round of the Flagler Fall Slam (10/22/18).
Apryl Parker (Fr.) - Parker has appeared in 15 tournaments in her first three seasons. This fall, Parker was the team's low finisher at the NSU South Regional (Sept. 13-14), placing 36th with rounds of 76-78-79. Parker also captured a top-10 finish at the Invite at Innisbrook (Sept. 27-28, 2021), the best finish of her career. At the Flagler Fall Slam, she fired a 76, including 12 pars (Oct. 25-26, 2021). Last season, Parker appeared in all five tournaments, finishing second on the team with an 82.8 stroke average. She posted a season-low twice in the opening round of the Lady Moc Classic (Feb. 22-23, 2021) and the second round of the SSC Championship (April 12-13, 2021).Parker appeared in all six tournaments in 2019-20, finishing the season with an 81.5 stroke average, good for second on the team. She posted rounds of 77 and 76 at the Lady Moc Classic (Feb. 17-18, 2020), both career-lows.

Caroline Petchark (Fr.) - Petchark has appeared in 11 tournaments during her career at Eckerd. She appeared in four tournaments in the fall '21 schedule, firing a career-low 71 in the second round of the Invite at Innisbrook. Petchark made five tournament appearances during the spring 2021 season, finishing the season with an 84.6 stroke average, including a season-low 73 at the Lady Moc Classic (Feb. 22-23, 2021). She shot a 79 in the second round of the SSC Championships (April 12-13, 2021). In 2019-20, she finished the season with an 84.9 stroke average across six tournaments, firing a career-low 77 in the second round of the Lady Moc Classic (Feb. 17-18, 2020).
Anna McCormick (Fr.) - McCormick has played in six tournaments as a Triton, competing in one in 2019-20 and all five in 2021. She finished last season with an 89.3 stroke average.
NEWCOMERS
Sandra Eriksson (Fr.) - Eriksson appeared in four tournaments during the fall portion of the 2021-22 schedule, making her career debut at the NSU South Regional Preview, firing a 75 (Sept. 13-14, 2021). Eriksson was the team's low finisher at the Saint Leo Invitational, placing 25th, with rounds of 78-79-80 (Oct. 18-19, 2021). She tied for 18th after a second-round career-low 72 at the Flagler Fall Slam (Oct. 25-26, 2021). Eriksson is a native of Halmstad, Sweden, and comes to Eckerd having prepped at Kattegattgymnasiet.
Celine Ustgard (Fr.) - Ustgard played in all four tournaments during the fall slate. She made her collegiate debut at the NSU South Regional Preview (Sept. 13-14, 2021), opening with a round of 88, but improving with scores of 84 and 80 to close the tournament. She followed with a career-low 78 at Invite at Innisbrook (Sept. 27-28, 2021). Ustgard is an Oslo, Norway native and prepped at WANG Toppidrett.
BILL BUTTNER
Head Coach Bill Buttner enters his 14th season at the helm of the Eckerd women’s golf team and his 18th season leading the men’s team. Under the former PGA tour player’s tutelage, the men's team reached the NCAA Tournament in 2005-06, 2011-12, and 2012-13, accounting for three of the program's four total NCAA berths (1997-98). In March of 2018, his women's team took second place at the Jim English Centre College Invitational at Saddlebrook Golf Club, the program's best finihs.
In the shortened 2019-20 season, Laila Forstmane collected four top-20 finishes, while the women shot a new 54-hole record at the Peggy Kirk Invitational. After a standout college career at North Carolina, Buttner spent six years on the PGA Tour, carded six top-10 finishes, and qualified for five US Opens. Buttner was named the Sunshine State Conference Coach of the Year in 2005 following the Tritons' third-place finish in the conference tournament.
