Work in Progress/Work Starting This Week

• Storm shelter addition: Pouring the slab on grade this week
• Interior Bathrooms: toilet fixture installtions to start this week
• Kitchen: quarry tile patch work at new fixtures and equipment to start this week
• Sitework: misc signage work on-going
• Media Center: flooring work on-going

Work Starting Soon

• Storm Shelter addition: air barrier and brick installation on the exterior to start week of 8/15/22
• Interior Bathrooms: Doors and Hardware installations will follow toilet fixture installations
• Kitchen: kitchen equipment installations to start next week
• Site Work: final lift of asphalt 8/17/22
• Media Center: Ceilings to be padded out next week

Work Completed Recently

• Storm Shelter addition – Roofing over the new addition will be completed this week
• Interior Bathrooms: tile work in all (6) bathrooms to be wrapped up
• Kitchen: coolers & freezers were installed and completed this week
• Sitework: 1st lift of asphalt and also site concrete completed this week
• Media center: all drywall and painting work complete

Fun Fact #1: This is one of the first storm shelters completed recently with poured concrete walls up to deck

Fun Fact #2: Our Slab on grade for the storm shelter is almost 9” thick, significantly thicker than any typical concrete floor
