Welcome to the 2022-2023 UGA Men's Basketball Home Season!
We are so excited to welcome you back to the Richard B. Taylor room in the Coliseum Training Facility for a premium game day experience.
The 2022-2023 home Men's Basketball season consists of seventeen (17) games at Stegeman Coliseum. Below is the 2022-2023 Schedule.
Stegeman Coliseum Ticket Policies
- All UGA Men's Basketball game tickets will be on a mobile platform.
- A valid (unused, unscanned) mobile ticket is required to enter Stegeman Coliseum.
- A mobile ticket will be required for all individuals, regardless of age.
- Re-entry is not permitted into Stegeman Coliseum. Guests who leave the Coliseum must have a valid unscanned mobile ticket to re-enter.
- If you are experiencing ticket issues, visit the UGA Ticket Office, located near Gate D, on game day, or contact them at 706-542-1231.
Admission to Stegeman Coliseum
- Gates to Stegeman Coliseum will open one (1) hour prior to the start of the game.
- All Richard B. Taylor room guests must enter through Stegeman Coliseum to have their ticket scanned and bag checked prior to accessing the Richard B. Taylor room.
- The Stegeman Coliseum Clear Bag Policy is in effect.
Men's Basketball Hospitality Passes
- All Men's Basketball Hospitality Passes for the Richard B. Taylor Room will be on a mobile platform.
- Mobile Hospitality Passes will be separate from mobile meet tickets and will be sent in a separate email as mobile tickets from the UGA Ticket Office.
- Do not scan your mobile Hospitality Passes at the Stegeman Coliseum gates. Hospitality Passes do not provide access to Stegeman Coliseum and may void your entry into the Richard B. Taylor room.
As a reminder, a Richard B. Taylor room Hospitality Pass will not provide access to Stegeman Coliseum gates. You must scan your game ticket in order to gain access to Stegeman Coliseum.
Richard B. Taylor Room Location & Hours of Operation
- The Richard B. Taylor room is located on the second floor of the Coliseum Training Facility.
- The Richard B. Taylor room will open at gates open, one (1) hour prior to game start, and will close at the start of the game.
- Guests must enter through a Stegeman Coliseum Gate first, scan their game ticket, and have their clear bag checked, and then proceed to the Richard B. Taylor room.
Accessing the Richard B. Taylor Room
- Once Richard B. Taylor room guests have entered through the Stegeman Coliseum gates, they will proceed to ramps, near Gates A and H, to access the Coliseum Training Facility.
- Guests will present their Richard B. Taylor room Hospitality Passes to security staff at the ramps to gain access to the Coliseum Training Facility. Guests will then proceed to the Richard B. Tayor Room.
Richard B. Taylor Room Entry
- Once guests have arrived at the Richard B. Taylor room, they will have their Mobile Hospitality Pass scanned and receive a hand stamp.
- The hand stamp will grant guests access to the Richard B. Taylor room for the one (1) hour period prior to meet start.
Georgia Athletic Hospitality
- Georgia Athletic Hospitality is the Premium Seating management provider for the UGA Athletic Association.
- Georgia Athletic Hospitality staff, known as FANgineers, are hospitality event support staff dedicated to providing all premium seating guests with exceptional customer service.
- Notify a FANgineer or Georgia Athletic Hospitality Manager if you need assistance during your time in the Richard B. Taylor room.
Classic City Catering
- Classic City Catering is the exclusive caterer for UGA Men's Basketball Premium Hospitality in the Richard B. Taylor room.
- The menus for the 2022-2023 Home Season can be viewed by using the button below or visiting our website www.georgiaathletichospitality.com.
- Food cannot be taken out of the Richard B. Taylor room.
Richard B. Taylor Room & Stegeman Coliseum Conduct
- All Richard B. Taylor room Hospitality Pass holders are expected to conduct themselves in a thoughtful and courteous manner at all times.
- Any guests displaying unsuitable behavior, including but not limited to: abusive acts, vulgar behavior, intoxication, or disorderly conduct, may be removed from Stegeman Coliseum and risk revocation of tickets and hospitality passes.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Tobacco products, including the use of e-cigarettes, are not permitted in the coliseum. UGA is a smoke/tobacco free campus.
- Any violation of the Richard B. Taylor room or Stegeman Coliseum policies will result in ejection and revocation of mobile tickets and hospitality passes. The UGA Athletic Association reserves the right to revoke your mobile tickets and Richard B. Taylor room Hospitality Passes at any time.
Student Athletes & NCAA Compliance
- Per the NCAA, current UGA student-athletes and their family members are NOT permitted to be guests in the premium areas.
- All Richard B. Taylor room pass holders and guests are expected to follow all NCAA policies.
Medical
- In the case of an emergency, notify a Georgia Athletic Hospitality staff member immediately. Georgia Athletic Hospitality will notify EMTs and on-site medical staff.
- The first aid room is located on the concourse of Stegeman Coliseum near Gate D.
Lost Child
If you fail to locate your child, please notify a Georgia Athletic Hospitality staff member. Georgia Athletic Hospitality will notify authorities to assist.
Fire Protocol
- In the case of a fire, the Richard B. Taylor room and Stegeman Coliseum are equipped with fire detection and alarm systems.
- Please follow the instruction of the Georgia Athletic Hospitality staff should a fire emergency occur.
Severe Weather
- Should inclement weather arise, please follow the instructions of the Georgia Athletic Hospitality Staff.
- If necessary, seek shelter away from windows or near the restrooms located on the landing outside of the Richard B. Taylor room.
Updates for the continuation of the game will be announced by the University of Georgia Athletic Association.
Emergency Evacuations
If a full evacuation is necessary, uniformed personnel and Georgia Athletic Hospitality staff will direct patrons to the nearest exit.
