Academic Computing Services (ACS) expanded the COVID-19 Reporting Application and Contact Tracing Dashboard to support vaccination reporting and monitoring as well as illness/exposure reporting and tracking. ACS also completed a storage expansion of campus High Performance Computing (HPC), which provided ~71M compute core hours for 5M jobs submitted by 1200 faculty and staff representing more than 160 different research groups.

Academic Media Technologies (AMT) has supported 214 projects, facilitated close to 200 virtual and in-person events and webinars, posted 420 YouTube videos and completed more than 20 AV and technology installations.

Information Security (IS) has blocked close to 3.5 million attacking IP addresses at the network perimeter and supported more than 1,700 users with Duo multi-factor authentication (MFA) by working with IMSS Help Desk.

Institute Business Systems (IBS) successfully upgraded our Oracle administrative systems that support HR, Finance, Student Affairs while completing Advance and REGIS upgrades in addition to deploying new Conflict of Interest (COI) application. IBS also processed close to 2,500 system change requests and managed the Mail Protection Gateway (MPG) system that filtered more than 268 million spam emails.

Network and Support Services (NSS) has supported 13 construction projects and added more than 3,200 wired ports, and more than 350 wireless access points to the campus networks. NSS also processed close to 14,000 help requests, oversaw Zoom infrastructure, which hosted more than 308,000 virtual meetings. NSS continues to manage more than 1,300 PCs.

IMSS service satisfaction survey - this year, the campus stakeholders' perspective regarding IMSS services have been fairly positive. Below is a rating over the last 4 years, with the range of 5 being very satisfied to a low of 1 being very dissatisfied.
