Over Vermont Colors of fall

Vermont is quintessential New England at any time of year, but in the fall its colors define the region.

Each year is different. The vibrance is determined by the weather of summer and the pace of winter's advance.

The orange, yellow, and red moves through the state from north to south until the burst is replaced by browns and gray and then covered by a blanket of white.
