Module 1 Reflections

Here's some great ideas from your history module reflective journal. You may find a good strategy or connection from your classmates that can help you during the rest of this semester.

I learned about myself that online course is really hard, because I realized that when I did the second Test, review everything again by myself was hard. Maybe because when we have a class we discuss about some topic and some phases or word saved in our mind, but when I do the homework after that I don't remember anything. So the next time I need to take more notes, and print every document that we read. Then I will ready for the next test. Also review everything again is good before take the test.
The reading strategy that I found most helpful was writing down the question that I need to answer for the assignment and answering those questions as I continued to read.
Being a full-time worker and a student, it is always hard to manage everything but there's a says that where there is will, there is a way. So, I always make my schedule for a week for my job, assignment, and rest of my other classes. It is all about managing time.
I am using three different kind of reading strategy. 1.Pre-reading strategy 2-During reading strategy 3-After-reading strategy Before I begin reading, I always skim the topic. While reading, I go over the text again and again to ensure that I understand it well, and I make a note of any significant points or dates. I try to make a connection between the book and my personal life at the end of the reading.
This history was very interested, so when I read, it was like all the people threatened and killed during this war were my relatives. I put myself in the shoes of the mistreated families to better understand things.
In this history module, all reading strategies: prereading, during reading and post-reading, were equally helpful to understand the history because prereading helped me to prepare the mindset about the topic and during reading helped me to take the notes and understand the vocabulary clearly and post-reading helped me to make cross-match between mindset and actual context and find out the final facts of that history.
I made a extra learning schedule for this week to solve this module on time, focus on study, avoid distraction and use the time properly. I will be happy because I am a learner to learn many learning skills...
I learned that I more disciplined and a very hard worker and I can do anything I set my mind to.

I hope you all learned that you can do anything!! :)
