About the Lutes: Pacific Lutheran (2-4, 0-3 NWC) return home to Sprinker looking to snap a four-match slide. Last week, the Lutes were in Eastern Washington, dropping matches against NAIA Lewis-Clark State College (7-0) along with NWC foes Whitman College (9-0) and Whitworth University (8-1).
Michael Campbell picked up the Lutes' lone victory over the weekend, prevailing, 6-4, 4-6, 1-0 (10-6) against Whitworth on Sunday at the No. 1 singles position. Campbell is 3-3 on the spring season at No. 1 singles while his doubles partner, Hampus Pers Eliasson is 3-3 at the No. 2 spot.
In doubles action, Campbell and Pers Eliasson lead the Lutes with a 3-3 record at the No. 1 spot.
About the Wildcats: Linfield (2-7, 0-2 NWC) heads to Tacoma looking to bust out of a four-game slump. The Wildcats downed Bellevue College 5-4 on Feb. 19 but have gone empty handed since, dropping matches against Lewis & Clark College (6-3 and 8-1), Pacific University (9-0), and Concordia University of Texas (8-1).
Rogue Stone has spent the most time at No. 1 singles, owning a 1-8 record on the season, having played seven of his nine matches at the top spot. Nick Gabelman and Matous Young have also seen action at No. 1.
In doubles, Stone has played all nine matches at the top spot, playing five matches with Young and four with Gabelman.
