Job Description

The Adobe 3D & Interactive team is seeking an expert data engineering professional to help build the foundation to our culture of data-driven decision-making. The 3D&I Data Science team is part of the Adobe 3D organization which makes and markets a suite of software products that enable creative professionals to unleash their creativity in 3D.

As a Data Engineer, you will partner with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Marketing Managers to understand our business requirements, build the data pipelines to feed our analytics as well as maintaining dashboards.

Role

  • Design and build data pipelines on large data volumes that support 3D&I analytics
  • Continuously improve our data operations and adopt the most efficient technology
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis of large volumes of data to inform decision making
  • Use the appropriate statistical tools to analyze and monitor data quality

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in data engineering
  • BS or MS degree in an analytical field: statistics, applied mathematics, computer science, engineering, economics, etc.
  • Experience building and maintaining data pipelines using Spark, Presto and Hive
  • Experience with CI/CD using Git, Jenkins, and Python
  • Experience building dashboards in Tableau
  • Excellent communication, relationship skills, and a strong teammate
