Today, my children and I decided to take a walk to our local play park. So, we walked out the front door and started our adventure.
It was still quite early in the morning, and our street was very quiet.
We started the short walk down the sidewalk to the kids’ school which houses the play park.
It only took us about five minutes to get to the school.
We were lucky to have arrived before the crowds, but we knew having the play park all to ourselves would not last very long.
Because, this park is utterly amazing, and people travel from all over to enjoy the fun.
Monkey bars at the play park are one of the best things. Catherine loves them, as they are super fun. Especially when you skip bars.
Catherine may enjoy swinging, but Patrick likes to jump. He will leap from any height, despite how nervous it makes his father.
One thing both kids can agree on is that it is fun to spin. This is one of the few parks around where kids can get super dizzy.
