Understanding What we Do Your contribution = HUGE IMPACT

WHAT DOES EACH R.E.D. EXPERIENCE HOLD?

Personality Assessment & Profile Generation

These workshops and meetings are the heartbeat of what RED Nation, is all about because allowing our scholars to genuinely define who they are and their “why” is where it all begins.

Exit Counseling & Therapy

Seeking counseling and therapy is essential in all walks of life. These services will be made readily available to scholars aging out of foster care.

Business Attire & Self Image Course

Having a clean image is indeed necessary if we want our scholars to be successful and taken seriously rather they chose a traditional workforce occupation or own their own business. Giving deeper understanding and actual business attire will send them off most properly.

Financial Literay Course & Custodial Account

If a foster is lucky he or she will have a guardian who’s educated and if they’re extremely lucky their foster prent will teach them about finances. Of course the foster would also need have a high interest on the subject as well… Not only will scholars be provided education on financial literacy but upon completion of the course material (and only then) will scholars be granted access to funds from the foindation to assist in the placement of their first living quarters.

Career Coaching & Planning

Career coaching and planning is essential for anyone new and entering into the working world.. Assisting young scholars in what skills, schools and occupations are necessary to achieve their purpose or passion is also a huge mission that fuels RED Nation. Working with local placement agencies as partners will assist in this.

Zero Cost -Continued Learning

Partnering with institutions across the nation through major educational platforms will also save scholars who are aging out a ton of time and give them the flexibility of meeting those academic needs without falling through the cracks. Oh by the way… AT NO COST!!!
