Matt has an infectious personality that makes him approachable and a natural leader. He was always available to offer advice, a helping hand on a project or to help cover an event. He handled his duties with a great balance of creativity and professionalism. Having succeeded him at Michigan, I have seen first-hand how organized and efficient he is.
