How To Become A Dog Handler In The Military? By: Tatum strong

My career involves training dogs for the military or, police officers, and or the president. The reason why dogs are trained for the military is because that's where they're trained for war. Also the police officers are involved because the military trains dogs and then if they are ready to become a police dog or military dog. And the president is involved because the dog has to make sure no one is putting anything in the presidents plane.

To start this path I would like to go to a military school that offers military preparation. The school of my choice is Grizzley Military School. Then after that i’m going to Global Training Academy to learn how to train and handle a dog. The first thing about this job is that you have to build trust with the dog. At the Global Training Academy they teach all the techniques you need to learn to become a dog handler in the military.

The average Median Salary for a handler was $44,354 but it just depends on what you want to do. For example you can go into bomb and drugs, train a police officer dog, or just train them to go to the war in the military. It just depends on the field you’re doing because their are a lot of different fields and if you want to move up you have to prove yourself in order to make more.

My plan after this year i’m going to military school so I can train early and graduate there and then they can help me get into the Academy I really want to go to. But I have to get my Bachelors and my Master degree first. There’s a University in California called Stanford that can help me get my degree. After I have my career and i’m settled I want to have a family and explore the world with them and just be happy.

The reason why I chose this career is because I love to work with dogs and I’m very passionate about this career. I really love to work with dogs and play with them and I have a strong connection with my dogs. The skills you have to have is you have to make sure that the dog trusts you and what you have to say. This is not a boring field, I will have fun, and learn new things. I know I will do well because I haven't met a dog that doesn't trust me.
