Asians being discriminated in Ivy League Schools

If you apply in Ivy League Schools and your last name is Patel or Wong they won’t allow you to join but if you change it to Smith or Lopez they might allow you to study there. A guy named Jason Fong was applying to Ivy League School and he was rejected from applying there and then he joined against the Ivy Institute as an opponent then as a result of the supreme court Asians are able to join the Ivy League Schools.

Brown Vs Board of Education

]Brown vs Board is a supreme court case for desegregating schools. There was segregation in public schools so there were different school for black and white but there was still discrimination and this went to count and now called Brown vs Board of Education. On May 17, 1954 the United States Supreme Court handed down its ruling in the landmark case of Brown v. Board of Education of Topeka, Kansas. This event was trying to get rid of segregation in school because this affect the kids and gives a bad impression of African Americans. This event got desegregation in schools. This event mostly ended the racism and discrimination between African American, Native American, American and everyone else. Segregation was outlawed in all schools and this lead to desegregation of public facility. This event faced obstacle that the Mindset of Southern.
