Closing In
What was once called the Columbus project has been officially renamed River Road Townhomes. The land disturbance permit has been issued and we are set to close on the Property 12/15/22. Site work by the adjacent Property Owner has commenced. The site is being cleared, the majority of silt fence is in place, and the temporary stream crossing has been installed. The site should be mass graded and turned over to our Site Contractor by March 1st.
We received the first round of pricing from our Site Contractor and we are below the budgeted amount so far. Furthermore, we have found additional savings that may bring that price down further.
