Our Mission
“Develop citizens of character dedicated to serving their nation and community.”
Our Purpose
Instill in students the value of citizenship, service to the United States, personal responsibility, character, and a sense of accomplishment. To make the greatest positive impact in the lives of our cadets as possible. This is perfectly encapsulated in our motto: “Building Better Citizens for America.”
Why Join AFJROTC?
Like most young adults, cadets strive to prepare themselves for the future. AFJROTC helps develop the self-discipline and self-confidence cadets need to meet future stressors and succeed in adult life. While cadets incur no military obligation, participation in AFJROTC can help those who are competing for college ROTC scholarships or military academy appointments. It can also lead to advanced rank in the U.S. Armed Forces.
