39.82% Complete but Who's Counting?
Let's go building by building to see what's been completed. Buildings 1-10 are ready for roof trusses with the first two having material on site. Buildings 11, 12, and 13 have all been dried in with rough electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, and fire suppression is in progress. Building 14 has also been dried in minus two windows. Batter boards have been installed for buildings 5, 16, 17, and 18, and have rough plumbing. Lastly, the 3rd floor walls are being finished on building 24 and we will be starting exterior sheathing.
In the courtyard, rough drainage is complete and rough electric has been started. The East stone wall and gate have been installed. There has also been a lot of concrete paving: the base installation is in progress, the temporary meter loops have been installed, and we have the CPS to install transformers and meter cans.
