GOLONDRINA FOOD TRUCK PARK + FOOD HALL
Golondrina food court has been in the making for years. the owner saw the immediate potential with the adjacent city park and with the overall hustle and bustle of other local area businesses. this jewel was a diamond in the rough. without local city ordinances, the project had to go through planning and zoning commission in order to come to fruition. the city is now working on making the pilot food truck program into a city ordinance to encourage development. Concept changed from original but vibe and access to people watching stayed true.
