關於「一喜種田」
Farm Together is Sino Group's integrated green community project aimed at planting the seeds for sustainability and bringing the community closer to nature.
「一喜種田」為信和集團的綜合綠色社區項目，旨在與持份者一起為可持續發展的未來播下種子，讓社區更親近大自然。
Spanning over 56,000 sq. ft., Farm Together currently comprises 19 farms in Hong Kong and 1 farm in Singapore. Our farms have cultivated over 380 plant and crop species, and produce more than 1,700kg annually.
「一喜種田」項目共有十九個香港的農圃和一個新加坡的農圃，面積逾56,000平方尺。種植超過380種植物及農作物品種，每年收成產量達1,700千克。農圃為集團物業注入新動力，同時也使員工、租戶、酒店客人和廣大社區能體驗到都巿耕作。
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
🍂 Autumn 🍁, the season of harvest 🧑🏻🌾, presents a wonderful opportunity to bring the wider community together for memorable "Farm Together" events.
踏入秋季，我們舉辦了一系列的綠色活動，讓來自不同社福機構、慈善團體和學校的大小朋友們來「一喜種田」！
HELPING HAND 伸手助人協會
Over 60 elderly individuals from Helping Hand had the incredible opportunity to visit Sky Farm and participated in a range of green activities, including a Tie-Dye 🪻Workshop, a Fresh Pesto 🌱 Sauce Making Workshop and a 🧑🏻🌾 harvest session.
超過60位來自伸手助人協會的長者院友們到訪了宏天空中農莊，並參與了天然紮染工作坊、新鮮羅勒青醬手作坊、農莊導賞及收割活動 。
ELDER ACADEMY 長者學苑
Over 180 elderly visitors participating in the Elder Academy Scheme, registered via the Labour and Welfare Bureau, had the opportunity to visit 148 Farm, Sky Farm, Gold Coast Farm and Tropical Farm at Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel.
超過180位來自勞工及福利局長者學苑的學員參觀了148 空中農莊、宏天空中農莊、黃金海岸農莊和熱帶植物農莊。

More than 20 elementary school students had an exhilarating experience visiting a farm for the first time and participating in the harvest of crops!

SINO CLUB
To celebrate the 🥮 Mid-Autumn Festival 🌕, Sino Club members had the opportunity to visit 148 Farm and create their own fresh pesto sauce. They also enjoyed hibiscus 🌹tea while participating in a Chinese riddle game at the rooftop farm.
今年中秋，Sino Club會員來到148空中農莊製作新鮮羅勒青醬，並一邊品嘗洛神花茶，一邊猜燈謎。
The Gold Coast Halloween Harvest x 🎃Oktoberfest Party 🍺invited Sino Club members to join a green farm tour, where they could harvest crops such as okra and 🌿 herbs. They also had the opportunity to create handmade soaps 🧼 in the shape of pumpkins using coffee grounds.
「黃金海岸綠色狂歡啤酒節」— Sino Club 會員參觀黃金海岸農莊，收割秋葵、香草等農作物，並製作可愛南瓜造型咖啡渣手工皂。
OCT 14 - WORLD MIGRATORY BIRD DAY
Hong Kong has a list of over 550 recorded bird species. 🦅🦜 🐦⬛A high proportion of them are passage migrants and can be observed throughout the year. Hong Kong Gold Coast is an excellent location for birdwatching!

香港錄得超過550種鳥類，當中大部分屬於候鳥，全年不同季節都有機會見到不同品種的候鳥，而香港黃金海岸就是一個觀鳥的好地方！
HARVEST DONATIONS
This autumn, we harvested 🥬water spinach, 🍠sweet potatoes,🌹 hibiscus flowers, and more at Gold Coast Farm and donated them to the ⛑️ Crossroads Foundation. Meanwhile, our colleagues from the Gold Coast leasing team also participated in the radish harvest at the Farm by the Coast and donated them to the “Veggie Lotus” Community Canteen.
這個秋季我們在黃金海岸農莊收割了通菜、蕃薯、洛神花等等，並捐贈給國際十字路會。而黃金海岸的租務部同事也一起在海岸農莊收割了早水蘿蔔，並捐贈給清荷淨葉社區飯堂。
TENANT ENGAGEMENT
SINO PLAZA 信和廣場
We are delighted to have Roganic Hong Kong, a branch of Simon Rogan Restaurants located at Sino Plaza and the first Michelin Green Star ☘️ restaurant in Hong Kong, as one of our valued long-term partners at Farm Together. They have successfully integrated freshly harvested crops from Edible Garden into their delectable dishes, showcasing farm-to-table 🍽️ concept on their thoughtfully curated menu.
位於信和廣場，由英國名廚Simon Rogan所創，為香港首家獲得米之蓮綠星的Roganic 餐廳, 是「一喜種田」的長期合作夥伴。他們透過精心策劃的菜單，將新鮮收割自嚐味農莊的農作物融入菜餚中， 實踐農場至餐桌的概念。
PACIFIC PALISADES 寳馬山花園
The residents of Pacific Palisades learned to design 🌸 orchid bonsai at the Orchid Farm.寶馬山花園住戶在蘭花園學習設計蘭花盆景。
