We have now increased our group to 6 with the addition of Action Man and Wonder Woman (she gets that title as we all wonder how she puts up with the other half)
Kayaking was the main attraction for today, chosen as the most appropriate activity to keep Action Man content. It was also a great way to explore a little of the Sardinian coastline and crystal clear waters.
Trouble was narrowly avoided on the return bus journey when a ticket inspector boarded the bus at our last stop and was about to make the discovery that we had failed to validate one of the fares. But quick thinking Brett, distracted the inspector by pointing out that another nearby passenger wasn’t part of our group which was all it took to be waved through!
The day was topped off with Seadas, a traditional Sardinian dessert which is a cheese and honey pastry served hot. We tried the ricotta filled version with lavender honey. Yum!
