4:10pm Practice w/ Talonettes on the slab
4:25pm Dinner Served
5:00pm Dress in full uniform and wait in the auditorium for inspection and dismissal to buses
5:20pm Load buses and Leave for McKinney Stadium
6:00pm Arrive at McKinney Stadium and load into stands
10:30pm Approx time for loading buses
10:45pm Approx time of arrival @ Prosper High School

We are excited to announce that the PBBC has partnered with FanFundit for our Fundraising campaigns this year. FanFundit is a new platform to us, but they've been helping sports programs across the country for years. We chose them because of their truly unique approach to fundraising.
FanFundit combines many things we're all used to but gives us so much more! We think we will KILL IT this year and raise more than we ever have, but we need your help to do it! We are still asking you to collect the email addresses of TWENTY of your closest friends and relatives because those people love us the most. FanFundit helps us expand our donor base BEYOND just Mom and Dad.
Truck Loading Parent Crew
Are you interested and available to be a part of our band parent loading crew? We need you!!!! To help alleviate some of the added times for our students before and after school, we are asking for any parent that can help us out to join the band parent loading crew to help with loading the trucks before and after all rehearsals, football games and competitions. BOA Prosper Competition Volunteer Help Needed
We have some specific needs patricianly in the morning for volunteers. Please See the sign-up genius below for exact times and jobs available!
We have the honor and privilege of hosting the second DFW Bands of America Competition on October 15th and we are going to need all of our band parents to volunteer to ensure this all goes smoothly. We have been working diligently with Music for All to plan the day and have put together a Sign-Up Genius along with Rock Hill HS with all of the needs for volunteers for the day. Please consider in at least volunteering for a few hours so that PISD will shine!
We have our performance times for both events on October 15th.

Absence Requests

Prosper Mighty Eagle Band members are expected to be at all rehearsals, events and performances as listed on the Prosper Band Google Calendar. We understand that unavoidable conflicts may sometimes arise, but it is important that all students are present as we cannot teach an empty spot or chair. It is the student's responsibility to obtain all material that was missed and makeup the time appropriately. If you have attempted all aspects of working around this conflict, but cannot come up with a solution, please fill out the following absence request form ASAP.
