Walk into a host location when a Digital Navigator is onsite

Step two: Work together with the Digital Navigator to achieve your internet or technology goals through one or more appointments

Digital Navigators

Navigators can help San Diegans get connected to digital resources such as:

Basic tech-support
Low-cost computers
Free or low-cost internet subscriptions
Online programs to access education, work, telehealth, government services, housing assistance, etc.

Digital Navigators offer person-centered support and are positioned to provide community members with phone-based support for issues relating to discounted internet, tech support, and device access.

The City of San Diego and SDFF have expanded their digital literacy services through a FREE multi-lingual helpline with tech experts available to answer your "How to ..." questions." Offered at select libraries and community centers.
