Warren Pena's Lapse Success
"My lapse success has to do with being focused and understanding the long term and short term value of keeping business on the books. I try to avoid the "roller coaster ride" of being paid and then being penalized and having commissions going negative. Rich and I stay ahead and start early to prevent policies from lapsing. The quality of my clients has improved over time which has helped me retain business. It's helpful to monitor the lapse ratio and how it impacts the financial aspect of the business overall."
Congratulations Sam Grosso on passing your Series 7 exam!

3rd Annual Ricci March Madness Lives Tournament
- Each week, two advisors will square off in a pre-paid submitted lives contest, using the data pulled from an FMI report.
- Tie breakers: Premium will be the tie breaker. In the event there are no lives submitted by both competing parties, we will use the lives submitted in the previous week to compare and declare a winner. If this occurs in the first round, the more favorable seed will advance.
Matt Greene Minute
"I beg you all to focus on the New Client Bonus Number! Here's why:
For your business, 10:3:1 means getting referrals, taking facts, and writing new clients. The more new clients you write, the easier the business is moving forward. You can’t focus on the New Client Bonus in October…it’s too late. If you make the New Client Bonus, the Home Office gives you “FREE MONEY” in the form of a bonus! This is the rich getting richer! They pay you more because you did a great job!"

The major league baseball record holder for career losses is also the same man who holds the record for career wins! The bottom line: "You are not judged by the number of times you fail. You are judged by the number of times you succeed and the number of times you succeed is directly related to the number of times you fail."

Quotes of the Month
“At the end of the day, it's not about what you have or even what you've accomplished. It's about what you've done with those accomplishments. Its about who you've lifted up, who you've made better. It about what you've given back" - Denzel Washington
"If you believe it will work out you will see opportunities. If you believe it won't you will see obstacles" - Wayne Dyer
