Enrolment and Advisory Service

The Henley College Enrolment and Advisory Service will run from Thursday 25th August at 10.00 am until Tuesday 30th August at 4.00 pm. If you have accepted your offer, we will honour your enrolment if you submit all your GCSE results. Entry requirements for individual subjects are on the college website which you can find here

If you have not uploaded your passport/birth certificate and/or lanyard photo please do so as soon as possible before enrolment.

If you have accepted an offer and you enrol after 4.00 pm on Tuesday 30th, we may not be able to honour your offer.

Please note that we encourage all students to enrol as soon as possible due to the high number of applications we have received this year. All students must enrol prior to the start of term. Please note the following important points:

  • Your enrolment to The Henley College for September 2022 will be completed online. Please ensure you have access to an electronic device (laptop, tablet, mobile phone etc.) with internet connection facilities. If this may be a problem, please do contact the Admissions Team and let them know by Monday 22nd August 2022, so we are able to put the necessary requirements in place to assist you with your enrolment.
  • Please ensure your mobile number is correct by logging into your application account and choosing your application name with the person icon; this is a key way we will contact you over the enrolment period.
  • If you are looking to amend your subject choices, you can do this prior to enrolment by emailing admissions@henleycol.ac.uk or on enrolment day.
  • If you wish to be added to The Aspire Programme, please also inform Admissions.
  • If you have not been interviewed, this shall be conducted during the enrolment period. Please ensure you are available via phone.
  • Your college lanyard and student ID badge will be given to you at your Welcome Day. You will need to have uploaded a photo to your dashboard prior to enrolment.
  • If you have not provided a proof of id you will need to bring this with you on your Welcome Day before you go to your class or upload it as part of the enrolment process.
  • When enrolling online, you will need to upload a copy of your GCSE certificate (Statement of Results - SOR) in a vertical format. This can be in PDF or JPEG format and must be clear, readable and taken on a flat surface. Please ensure your GCSE English Speaking and Listening/Spoken Language Endorsement result is clear too. The document(s) must include all GCSE grades given, as well as your full name, UCI number, date of birth, and the school where the grades were achieved.
  • All applicants to the College must go through the enrolment process. This is to confirm students' GCSE results and that they qualify for the subjects for which they have applied.
  • If you are a current Henley College student, you will still need to go through this enrolment process to progress on to your Level 2 or Level 3 course and upload a copy of your Foundation/ Level 2 results from the Student Portal.
  • The full enrolment process will take 5-10 minutes but may take longer if changes are requested so therefore please allow sufficient time and ensure you are contactable via email and phone during this time.
  • Students are not able to enrol at two colleges at the same time.

Please note: If you are an Elite Rugby player, please keep an eye on your emails for information regarding preseason and training for the upcoming year.
