In 2012, I began work as a missionary with Cru, allowing me to serve on campuses around the US, from Texas A&M, multiple universities across the Mid-Atlantic, and presently Virginia Tech.
My greatest passion is to help college students meet and follow Jesus for a lifetime. My hope is that students graduate from university with transformed lives, carrying the life-changing message of the Gospel to every corner of the world.
Often believed to be a campus ministry, Cru is actually the world's largest missions organization. We exist on 6000+ campuses in over 190 countries with the purpose to help the Church fulfill the Great Commission.
Every campus is our mission field, and we labor to build Christ-centered movements everywhere in the world so that everyone has a chance to hear and respond to the Gospel. We focus on building these movements on college campuses where tomorrow's leaders launch from to shape culture and society.
Most of my ministry focuses on Christian mentoring & discipleship, teaching and speaking, leading retreats and conferences, and coaching student leaders within our 400+ student movement at Virginia Tech.
I also predominately focus on mentoring and equipping women in their senior year of university to launch them on a lifelong adventure with Jesus as Christ-centered, multiplying disciples.
One other vital role I play is mobilizing students to go on mission globally, both on short-term trips or longer 1-3+ year overseas endeavors.
Building and sending the new generation of missionaries is my greatest passion, which has allowed me to lead multiple short-term trips for students as well as now considering going longer term overseas myself to Europe with Cru.
