The Cardinals will seek their third conference title.

Catholic University

  • Head Coach: Tyler Ziegler (3rd Season)
  • Women's Team Titles: 2 (2020-21)

After being denied the program's third straight conference title at last year's Championship, third-year head coach Tyler Ziegler and the Catholic University women's program is poised to regain the crown in 2023.

The Cardinals return four All-Landmark selections from last year. Sophomore Ava Snyder is a strong contender in the 500-free and 1650-free. She earned Second Team selection in both events in 2022. Snyder is joined by fellow All-League selection, senior, Maddie Doucette, who earned a runner-up finish in the 100-breaststroke a year ago. Snyder and Doucette will also join seniors Emma Gould and Alexa Hipp who were part of the second-place 400-medley relay team.

Drew University

  • Head Coach: Rich Munson (8th Season)

Drew University heads into the event as the reigning conference champion. The Rangers won the program's first-ever conference title thanks to a come-from-behind effort on the final night last year.

Katerina Poulathas earned the Women's Rookie of the Meet Award after leading the Rangers with 56 points, winning two individual events, taking third in another, and was a member of two winning relay teams. She is joined by senior Katie Cashin, who won the 400-individual medley and was part of four winning relays, and junior Amira Hadri, who took first in the 100-backstroke, second in the 50-freestyle, and swam on four of the five-winning relay teams.
