END OF YEAR PRESENTATION NIGHT AND PLAY

Tuesday 13th December at 5pm. We are having it slightly earlier to cater for younger students. The evening is held at the RYLSTONE MEMORIAL HALL, not at school. The evening consists of awards presentation followed by the play performance.

We would ask that students arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow for a punctual start. Students are to wear school uniform. Play costumes will have already been taken to the hall.

Seating is free, however the first few rows are reserved for sponsors and special guests. The evening is open to everyone in the wider school community.

The first part of the evening is the award presentations and announcement of 2023 captains and prefects.

We then break for a light supper (ordered through the P&C), and for children to get changed into costumes and play preparation.

We then commence the actual play performance ‘THE VICTORIOUS VIBRANTS’, ending with a Christmas carol.

Around the Classrooms

Pacific Ocean with Mrs Rankin & Mrs Fielder

We have had a great few weeks and the students have coped so well with swimming, despite the cold water. There are definitely sharks and dolphins that swim in the Pacific Ocean.

We have continued to do some amazing work at school and are so proud of how far each student has come this term. As a result we are having our class reward pizza for lunch this Friday 2nd December.

Indian Ocean with Mrs Mulvaney

Learn to Swim

Thank you so much to Rachel Johnson for running our 2 week learn to swim program. The progress each student made over the fortnight was incredible. Each student on the last day had a swim in the deep. It was so good to see such happiness and greater confidence in the water, despite the cold water. The students did a great job. Well done to you all.

Presentation Night Artwork

Thank you to all students who created artworks for our Presentation Night publications. Everyone was very creative. Four artworks were chosen to be used on official invitations and the program cover. Congratulations to Finlay, William M, Caitlin and Will F. Finlay's drawing was used on our invitations to sponsors and guests.
