Day #2 Apple Strawberry Smoothie
🍎3 handfuls of spring mixed greens
🍎 2cups of water
🍎 1 banana ,peeled
🍎 2 apples, cored, quartered
🍎 1 1/2cups of frozen strawberries
🍎 2 stevia packets (optional)
🍎2 tbs ground flaxseeds OPTIONAL:
🍎 1 scoop protein powder
Instructions
Place leafy greens and water into blender and blend until mixture is a juice like consistency. Stop blending and add the remaining ingredients. Blend until creamy.
