TravelIng with your Kingston Heath Membership

Greg you can change the background photos these are just placeholders.

The numbers of us travelling either for a golf holiday or for a holiday or business that includes golf continues to grow each year and we all would like a special experience we can hold in our memories.

its not as easy as hitting a sweet 7 iron and setting up An easy result

What are we looking for, where and when can we play, what can we expect and how do we make the arrangements are all questions we face when we start planning the trip.

Kingston Heath is a top one hundred club in the world so why not utilise this and work with other top clubs and courses around the world. .EASY TO SAY BUT IT TAKES TIME AND EFFORT

The committee set up a small group to pursue a single objective.

Continuously Enhance Travelling Member value by establishing relationships with other clubs that enables members to have a truly great member experience at like minded quality Golf Clubs 🚩

Coming out of the tunnel a set of working guidelines was established.

1. Location. It is clear from discussions with members there are a number of locations that are high on the list of destinations we are visiting.

2. The golf club. The quality of course, clubhouse, history, uniqueness together with the ethos and values of the club play a large role in making a memorable day for all of us.

3. Potential for Relationship Development with likely quality courses. Selecting an exclusive group of top 100 ranked courses is an easy task. The challenge is in understanding if a discussions with regard to a deeper relationship with them would be welcomed and ultimately lead to our goal. The fact is in many countries the nature and expectations of members is very different to ours. We therefore have quietly and discreetly worked behind the scenes to determine a limited number of clubs and have engaged in discussions on how and what would be entailed in developing a relationship, as well as what would that relationship look like and be..

Better photos of selected locations need to be added if we like this format

To date we have members can pursue a number of options to access and play a number of courses around the world.

1. The club arranges two annual golf trips each year and this is the ultimate member experience where a smallish group travels to some of the worlds finest golf locations and plays some exceptional world class courses with fellow members of Kingston Heath.

2. We have established the following reciprocal arrangements with the following clubs. ((((( please add clubs and specified details on the arrangement with each club.))))). At these clubs we believe you will be extended the courtesy of a " member for the day" experience and where possible play with a member of the reciprocal club if desired.

3. We have less formal arrangements which will allow members access to courses that are normally not accessible to visitors.

Feedback from recent member visits on the formalised club arranged and participated in trips is good and these are normally fully booked very shortly after they are announced. The recent feedback on reciprocal club visits has been very positive and we look forward to hearing from all members who have the opportunity to visit these.

To book a club arranged and accompanied tour check the web site and newsletters ((( when will they appear))). For reciprocal arrangements and to determine If the club can aid access to course contact Greg or Justin????
