First,

First you’ll need to get a machine called a lathe or you can use a hand made one with drills. Then you’ll need something sharp to shave the extra wood so you can shape it into a bat figure. Once you get it to the size you desire you have to see how heavy it is.

Second,

You’ll have to shape it up and size then you will sandpaper it so the bat is smooth and there are no extra chips or pieces of wood sticking out. Then if you want you can paint it and but your signature in the wood.

Third,

To cork the bat you’ll have to drill a hole in the bat about 6 in. deep. Then, you will get a type of cork like wine bottle caps or bouncy balls. Then when you are done inserting the cork you get the sawdust that you had for drilling you put it in the bat to cover. Then you insert glue to keep it together then you cover it with paint so it looks normal.

If you get caught with a corked bat in a game you can get kicked out or in trouble and some major league players were suspended for 3-10 games and on top of that they had to pay a fine. If you break the corked bat when playing just get ready to get kicked out of the game. With this information I advise you don’t use this in a regular game.

Be Advise,

Even if you didn’t mean to use the bat you can, and will get kicked out. You also can be looked down upon by your teammates. So make sure you don’t use a corked bat in a game and if you do make sure it doesn’t break. Along with don’t tell anyone when you cork your bat.

How Baseball Can Be Great Again,

It would be great if the pitcher hits a batter they are taken out from pitching. Also, if you break any type of rule you only have to pay a fine. It would be good if no one team can be to overpowered. It would be cool if their was aloud one fight a game but still get fined and that’s it. It would be effective if the umps have to review almost every close play.

In baseball there are about 30 teams in the MLB and a couple of the teams include the Phillies, the Yankees, the Mets, the Angles, and the Dodgers and these are just a couple.
