Our team of consultants, with extensive and hands-on experience of talent/career management, executive/leadership/resilience coaching and relocation/transition/change management, deliver a holistic and individualised service to our clients.
We work together with our clients to assist with their career aspirations whether it is the fresh beginning of a professional life, a career transition at expert level or a radical change in their job or business. We support our clients through building and revising their profiles, prepare for job application processes, manage the change during transitions and coach them when they embark on their own initiatives to help grow their businesses.
We are supporting our clients starting with Profile Building & Advisory, through Application Strategies, Job Search Support, and Job Interview/Negotiation & Orientation Coaching. As Soan Consulting Team, we are focusing and addressing our clients' all Career Questions & Customised Job Skill Development (start/progress/stuck/change/leave).

Placement Support

Job Search Support
Consultant supports client with job search through conventional and expertise resources for duration of 6 months (or until job placement, whichever comes first)
3 sessions x Interview Coaching
Client is coached for interview success prior to 3 interviews of preference / need (50 min sessions)
Total of 4.5 hours of 1-1 coaching/advisory
Total of 38 hours of administrative services
Service fee £1,500
Gold Package
Placement and Career Advisory
Silver Package PLUS
3 sessions x Interview / Negotiation / Orientation Coaching
Client is coached for interview / negotiation / job orientation success as per expressed need with the aim to support job placement success
Advisory Support - Consultant supports the client throughout the placement and settling stages - up to 3 hours of direct support
Total of 10.5 hours of 1-1 coaching/advisory
Total of 38 hours of administrative services
Service fee £1,500 + £1,000 or commission
(2% for 50K-100K band, 3% over 100K)
