Étoile means star in french, so I bring that for the logo idea. As result, the brand concept is to leave your little sparkle wherever you go. Be you, with your true colors and your brightness. Our world needs more fun and sparkly people.
Goal: Create a modern and bold brand to communicate "Agile Management" in a practical, simple, and authentic way with small companies.
Strategy: it was developed an authentic personal branding to create social media content with an editorial line by simplifying agile business management, making it better understandable.

Inspiration: He has a compass tattoo. It makes the perfect match with the archetype of the explorer that was one of the choices of tools. As the main goal was to maintain a brand unity with elements that are part of his lifestyle, thus bringing greater authenticity. A travel lifestyle was already a part of the concept of his Instagram account. Also, the compass brings the concept of orientation and strategic direction for companies.
Results: Interaction rate has increased in 50% after the first month.
