In 2024, the Goering Center will hold four Breakfasts and three Luncheons. High inflation may require re-evaluation of personal wealth strategy
Inflation has been running high for an extended period, frustrating shoppers and savers with higher prices for food, fuel, entertainment, and other necessities. Investors may also be concerned with how it’s affecting their portfolio and ability to meet wealth goals. Coming out of the pandemic, supply chain issues and consumer demand have driven inflation and prices skyward since 2021. It’s the first period of more than 5% inflation since 1990. Becoming a Best Place to Work
Becoming a Best Place to Work: An Action Plan for Leadership, formerly and affectionately known as “Scrappy Culture," kicks off June 20, 2023
Culture has been a key thought leadership topic over the last few years, driven by changes in the workforce (and, of course, COVID-19). This multi-day program is built for lean or resource-constrained companies who value the impact a great culture delivers, including: effective communication at and between all levels of the organization; improved employee engagement; greater employee retention; and tangible cost-savings.
