Many people have become witnesses of the words of the president of terroristic state Russia, Putin, who said that “the country which will be in advance in the sphere of development of artificial intellect will become “the world ruler”. These words were pronounced in the beginning of September during all-Russian demonstration lesson. One should have seen that lustful and dreamy face of Leningrad street kid while he was pronouncing these words.
The founder of SpacesX company and the Head of Tesla Elon Musk commented on these words with the famous tweet "It begins..."
He added that “China, Russia, all countries will soon become powerful at computer sciences. The competition for being the best in the sphere of artificial intellect at national level will become apparently the cause for Third World War”.
I allow myself to be skeptical about the words of Elon Musk. At least because of the fact that Russia will not be able to advance in the sphere of artificial intellect since there is no intellect in general. I agree with Musk that the world indeed is under spelling destruction. But it can even happen before the creation of strong artificial intellect, that will be able to destroy it. And here is the answer why.
I introduce a sequence of events:
Russia provokes the conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan. It supplies both parties with weapon trying to act as a peacemaker. The world community takes no notice of it.
Russia attacks Moldova trying to demonstrate aggression as an internal conflict. It occupies a part of the territory which will be called lately "Transnistria". It creates a frozen conflict in which it tries to act as a peacemaker. The international community is silent.
Russia attacks Georgia and seizes a part of the territory. And it presents the war in Georgia as quasi "internal conflict". Russia tries to act as a peacemaker. Europe is silent. The US is taking certain steps stopping aggression.
Russia attacks Ukraine and annexes Crimea. It conducts a fake "referendum" at rifle point. It assures everyone that it plays the role of a peacemaker. The international community is silent.
Russia continues to attack Ukraine. It seizes a part of Donbas trying to show aggression as an internal conflict. The international community "expressed deep concern". Moreover, Germany and France take part in the so-called Minsk negotiations which, in essence, are criminal conspiracy in the interests of Russia. As a result of military aggression of Russia a lot more than 10 thousand of Ukrainians have perished. Russia assures everyone that it plays the role of a peacemaker. The so-called 'people's republics', "LPR" ("Luhansk People's Republic") and "DPR" ("Donetsk People's Republic") are founded. Essentially they are terrorist organizations created by Russia in the territory of Ukraine.
Russia triggers the war in Syria. It supplies various parties to this conflict with weapons. Under the passive eye of the international community, tens of thousands of Syrians are killed, including women and children. Russia assures everyone that it takes on the role of a peacemaker. The international community is "worried", but again it pretends to place faith in "peacekeeping" aspirations of Russia.
Russia hands over the technologies of nuclear weapons and ballistic missiles to North Korea. And, of course, it is a regional conflict. Russia is said to have nothing to do with it. And, of course, Russia assures everyone that it acts as a peacemaker. The international community became 'anxious'.
Russia imports ballistic missiles with nuclear warheads in Crimea turning the territory of annexed Crimea into a kind of aircraft carrier. The international community is silent.
Russia makes a series of actions, which results in taking control over the management of the army and the defense and law enforcement agencies of Belarus. Under the guise of "peaceful" training exercises the Russian troops penetrate into Belarus. In the face of attack against Poland and the Baltic States (including Finland), the international community woke up.
It is not difficult to predict Russia's next steps. In the nearest future the stakes will get higher.
Since the so-called "LPR" and "DPR" have not been recognized as terrorist organizations by the international community, Russia in every way possible will try to incorporate them as independent legal entities under international law, but not as terrorist entities in the territory occupied by Russia. This notion is appropriate for OSCE (funded in part by Russia), and UN peace-keepers (though Russia offers to locate them not on the border between Russia and the occupied territory of Ukraine but between Ukraine and the occupied territories).
And what is next, I wonder? What will happen is what we see in the case with North Korea and Crimea. The terrorist organizations of the so-called "DPR" and "LPR" suddenly will 'develop' both nuclear warheads and delivery systems. And yes, Russia is, of course, will again act as a 'Peacemaker'.
For what purpose did Putin create Kadyrov? That's right: the issue of "creation" of "own" nuclear weapon (to fight against disloyal people) under Kadyrov's regime is just a matter of a short space of time. And what of these evils is more dangerous, Kadyrov, or a Spiteful Hamster? Or so called "LPR" and "DPR"?
Will Russia stop at that point, or will it continue to move further to the West? I think this is a rhetorical question. Will the leaders of new terrorist states press a button? Why is a rifle hanging on the wall in the theatre? (One should just have to recognize the "LPR" and "DPR" as terrorist organizations, and call it a day…)
Famous words of Winston Churchill "If the country, selecting between war and a shame selects a shame, it receives both war and shame" become prophetic. It is true not only for individual country but for the international community as a whole.
So, it is not an artificial intellect that is a threat to peace. It is avidity, greed, profiteering. And being translated into modern language it means "political expediency", "business interest", "profit". It means everything that turns political activity into a much more profitable occupation than just a robbery. It is the shameful viewpoint of Each person, who acts like ostrich putting its head in the sand. It is a person who observes mass killings in Syria with the "expression of a deep concern". Or it is a person who expresses "heartfelt sympathy" towards the daily killings of Ukrainians by heavy armed "peacekeepers" from Russia.
All the silent and agreeable people have ALREADY received shame. The war has ALREADY begun, for now only in Ukraine, for now not at your home. It's high time to "express deep concern", in the false hope that we will be lucky...
