On Boarding for power build partners

We are thrilled you've decided to join us on the Power Build journey - harnessing doTERRA's Power of 3 bonus to change your financial future and bring this opportunity to others. On this page, you will find all of your On-Boarding details and your first steps. Let's get started!

Step 1: Download the Telegram App

Telegram is a safe app for group communication. With so many platforms out there, we've chosen this one as the global team platform and you'll want to be in all of the community groups so you can stay connected.

Action Item: Download the Telegram App from your app store. Set up an account. Add your upline as well as Ally Mona (+52 473 163 5860) and Ron Mona (+52 473 163 5862). Ask them to add you to the PO3 group.

Step 2: Understand the Strategy Calls

Every week, there are three Strategy Calls in various time zones. These Team Strategy Calls are the perfect place to invite your prospects after they've seen the 21-minute opportunity video.

1. Mondays, 6 AM Mountain Standard Time on 818-888-1818
2. Tuesdays, 1 PM Mountain Standard Time on 818-888-1818
3. Wednesdays, 6 PM Mountain Standard Time on 818-888-1818

Action Item: Convert these calls into your time zone and put them as recurring events in your calendar. Commit: Which will you be attending weekly?

Step 3: Commit to a Gym Call

Gym Calls are where you come to practice the skillsets of inviting. It's also a place to ask questions and hear what other people are doing. These are IMPERATIVE. There are four calls a week; commit to attending at least one!

Action Item: Convert these calls into your time zone and put them as recurring events in your calendar. Commit: Which will you be attending weekly?

Step 4: Set up your Power Portal account

All of the training you need for the Power Build strategy is within the Power Portal.

Action Items: Go to powerportal.allymona.com, set up a free account and begin to go through the content.

Step 5: Set Up Your Order

Every month, we all order at least 150 PV of products. Our Chief On-Boarding Officer will walk you through this process. Recommended Loyalty Reward Program (LRP) order items are in your Power Portal. You can also watch this video to understand how to maximize your order.

Action Items: look through the Recommended LRP items in the Power Portal and get a feel for the products you want to start with. Set up your minimum 150 PV order to run next month on or before the 10th.

Step 6: Save this calendar link

One of the most powerful ways to build your business is to harness the power of a three-way call. This is a call between you, your prospect, and your upline. As you begin, always book 3-way calls with a new prospect. You may always book directly with your upline or with Ally on her calendar at https://calendly.com/allymona/coaching-call.

Action Item: Save the link and commit to using it. Ask your upline if they have a calendar link you can book directly on as well.

Make a list of 10 people who first come to mind as people you would LOVE to partner with. Some characteristics to think about are:

• Entrepreneurial or has business experience
• Influential
• Has a time/money/purpose need
• Likes natural living

Why them?

Next to each name write the reason you thought of them. Why is it that you would consider partnering with them?

Book a call

Book a call with your upline to go through your list of names and make a plan for each. They will show you additional resources to begin inviting them to see the opportunity video.
