digital ticketing Guide A step-by step- walk through of how to use digital tickets to enter the venue, how to transfer your tickets, and how to sell your tickets.

Get The App

Download the official South Carolina Gameday App, available in the iTunes store and the Google Play store.

Once downloaded, open the app and wait for the home screen to appear

My Account

Within the app, on the homepage, click the "Tickets" icon in the lower right hand corner.

After Clicking the "Tickets" icon, click the "Account Manger" option (see below)

Sign In to South Carolina Gamecocks

Use your log in credentials to enter your account.

Manage Your Tickets

View, send and sell tickets directly from your app.

Click on the game you would like to manage

Ticket Options

After clicking the game you would like to manage, you will be directed to the ticket page where you will see options to "View Barcode" to scan your ticket at the gate or "Send" or "Sell" it to others.

Click the "View Barcode" button to view your QR code for the game

Scan Your Tickets

Scan your ticket at the gate from this view or add it to your Apple Wallet for later use.

Adding the ticket to your Apple Wallet will save the QR code so you will not need internet access on game day for entry.

Send Your Tickets

From the main ticket page, click "Send" at the bottom of the screen.

Note: Not all tickets are eligible for transfer. If not, the Send button will not be shown.

Select Tickets

Select the tickets you'd like to transfer then click "Send To".

Choose How To Send

Select from your contacts or manually enter in another persons info to send tickets (via text or email).

After choosing a recipient, enter in their information and select "Send "x" Tickets" (see below)

Note: The link can only be used once as the ticket will be transferred to the first person who claims it.

Sell Your Tickets

Click the "Sell" button on the bottom of the screen.

Note: Not all tickets are eligible for resale. If not, the button will not be shown.

Choose Your Seats

Choose which seats you would like to sell.

After choosing your seats to sell click "Set Price"

Enter Asking Price

Enter your asking price for the ticket.

Choose Payout Method

Choose either a "Personal Check" or "Seller Credit" as your payout method and click "Confirm" at the bottom of the page.

FAQ's

1. Can I still print my tickets from home?

No, the PDF printing has been replaced by mobile ticketing. Season ticket holders will still receive printed tickets in the mail and can enter the stadium using their printed tickets or mobile tickets via the South Carolina Gameday App.

2. What if I don't have a smartphone?

If you do not have a smartphone, please contact the Gamecock Ticket Office at 800-4SC-FANS.

3. Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?

Yes. When accessing your tickets through your account, tap on the game, and you will be able to swipe right to left through your available tickets. We strongly encourage saving your tickets to your phone's Wallet or Passbook prior to gameday.

4. If I purchased my tickets from Ticketmaster, can I still access them through the South Carolina Gameday app?

Yes, you will be able to access your tickets via the South Carolina Gameday App by entering your email address and Ticketmaster password. Alternately, you can access Ticketmaster.com via your browser.

5. Can I use a screenshot of my ticket to enter Williams Brice Stadium?

No, screenshots of tickets or any ticket produced by an unauthorized source will not be accepted. You can access your tickets through the South Carolina Gameday App, or from your Apple Wallet (If you have an iPhone).

6. I have routinely transferred tickets to friends/coworkers in the past. Has that process changed?

The process to transfer a ticket has not changed. However, the recipient will only be able to access tickets for entry via a mobile device. The ability to print tickets at home (PDF) is no longer available. We encourage you to communicate in advance with whomever you may transfer tickets to and make sue they have a smartphone device to accept and view tickets.

7. What if my entire party is not with me when I enter the stadium?

Every fan needs to present a ticket to enter Williams Brice Stadium. If your party is not with you, you are able to transfer the ticket to them via your smartphone so they may enter separately.
