I use technology, instructional video and assistive technology as much as I can to spread the word of education and how to improve the lives of students and teachers around the world.
A cycle of reflection helps Steven to closely analyse and improve his own teaching practices.
Steven always thought he was teaching well, then 6-7 years into his career he came across Het Alternatief and the bigger picture thinking where you could influence a wider audience than outside of your classroom.
Healthy competition feeds back positively to the potential successes we can experience.
