Day 1 - Berry Green
It’s that time of year. You’ve had your cheat days and now it’s time to get back on your feel good journey. This cleans smoothie is packed full of fiber, and vitamins and it doesn’t have that chalky texture that a lot of powders leave you with. Time to live Love and Eat, Well! ❤️
Ingredients
3 handfuls spinach
2 cups water
1 apple, cored, quartered
1 cup frozen mangos
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 handful frozen or fresh seedless grapes 1 stevia packet (optional)
2 tbs ground flaxseeds
OPTIONAL: 1 scoop protein powder
Place leafy greens and water into blender and blend until mixture is a juice like consistency. Stop blending and add the remaining ingredients. Blend until creamy.
