Day 1 - Berry Green

It’s that time of year. You’ve had your cheat days and now it’s time to get back on your feel good journey. This cleans smoothie is packed full of fiber, and vitamins and it doesn’t have that chalky texture that a lot of powders leave you with. Time to live Love and Eat, Well! ❤️

It’s ok to use frozen fruit. There a some great plant based protein powders on the market I’ll add a picture below of the one I found. 🍎

Ingredients

3 handfuls spinach

2 cups water

1 apple, cored, quartered

1 cup frozen mangos

1 cup frozen strawberries

1 handful frozen or fresh seedless grapes 1 stevia packet (optional)

2 tbs ground flaxseeds

OPTIONAL: 1 scoop protein powder

Amazon.com/purely inspired brand is really food and has very good ratings. This is what I suggest for my clients. They love it❤️

Place leafy greens and water into blender and blend until mixture is a juice like consistency. Stop blending and add the remaining ingredients. Blend until creamy.
