We're Hiring shop production staff

StructureCraft is a unique structural engineering, manufacturing and construction company that specializes in timber structures, incorporating steel, glass, concrete and other materials. We typically act as the structural Engineer of Record for our structures, and our vertically integrated approach allows us to take a holistic approach to optimizing our designs, providing significant value add to our clients.

We are hiring Production Staff. Responsibilities include working on the DLT panel production line, keeping the production area clean, following health and safety guidelines, and contributing to improving productivity. To be successful in this position you do not need previous experience with hand and basic construction tools, but it would give you a head start. If you have the right attitude and the desire to contribute, we will train you!

Key Responsibilities

• Follow company safety protocols
• Produce products following quality and efficiency requirements
• Maintain a clean workstation and production floor
• Packaging products for shipment
• Operating and maintaining production line equipment and tools
• Performing other tasks as assigned

Key Requirements

• High school diploma/GED.
• Previous experience working in a factory setting is beneficial.
• Experience operating manufacturing machinery is beneficial.
• Experience using basic hand and power tools (ie: tape measure, hammer, drill)
• Willingness to learn and ability to work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Physical dexterity.
• Available for shift work
