CU Scholarship

Board of Directors Announcements

There were 5 candidates (Karen Baker, Shawn Buckner, Jackie Lynch, John Nyce, & Brenda Rodriguez) for 5 board seats and all will be approved by acclamation, so there will not be a Board of Directors Election held in 2023. This year we will be holding our first ever, hybrid annual meeting on Wednesday, March 15, 2023. Please keep an eye on your inbox for the invite and further details in the coming months.

This position is a developmental position for individuals who are ultimately interested in serving on the Board of Directors. The primary objective of the position is to provide a structure to ensure that potential members of the Board of Directors receive adequate preparation to perform successfully and contribute to the success of the Interior Federal Credit Union.

Interior FCU Club Accounts are a great way for you to do more of what you want and worry less.

Protect Your Accounts

Your safety is our priority. As a practice to keep your account protected, digital banking users will be required to change their password every 180 days. Our goal is to mitigate fraud with this change. Requiring users to change their password periodically strengthens the first line of defense against hackers and fraudsters. Users often use the same password for multiple websites which can be exploited if there is a breach and the password becomes compromised.

Card Management

We know our card holders are busy! Card Management provides Interior FCU cardholders with the ability to manage your cards on the go. As you have most likely seen, you can Report Lost/Stolen Cards, Order Replacement Cards, Set up Alerts & Controls, and specify delivery options within Card Management.

Here are a few steps to follow if you find yourself in a situation where you are unable to find your card.

  1. The first thing you will want to do is turn your card off. This isn't a permanent change but on the outside chance your debit or credit card ends up in the hands of a fraudster, you are protected. Here's how from the mobile app: Select "More" in the bottom right corner of your screen. Then, pick the "Card Management" circle icon from the top of the next screen. Choose "Card Management" and your card will appear. To the right of card status, you should see a green toggle, tap it to turn your card off.
  2. If you aren't able to find your debit card, report it as lost/stolen and order a replacement. Follow the steps above, but instead, tap on "Report Lost/Stolen." Pick if there is fraud or if the card is lost. Make sure to check the box below to request a replacement. You must check this box to have a new card issued.
  3. If you need a new credit card issued, please contact us so we can personally assist you with a newly issued card.

Credit Score

With one click, you can check your credit score, view your credit report, get up to date credit monitoring notifications, simulate what financial moves could change your score, and more.

To try the simulator in our mobile app, follow these steps:

  1. Once logged in, tap "More" in the bottom right corner of your screen.
  2. Tap "Credit Score".
  3. Scroll to the second section where it says "Analysis", "Report", and "Simulator" across your screen and tap on "Simulator".
  4. Scroll to fill out what kind of financial changes you want to make.
  5. You will see a real-time score update to the diagram on the right for whatever change you put into the simulator.

Digital Wallets

Left your wallet at home? No worries, you can still pay for those purchases! Just use your phone with Apple Pay®, Google Pay™, Samsung Pay®, Fitbit Pay™, or Garmin Pay™. Add your Visa® Debit and/or Credit Card to your online wallet and you’re all set.

To nominate a local retailer, please send marketing@doifcu.org an email with the business name, business owner name, number and email, the business website, and any accompanying information you would like to be taken into consideration.
